I went to the woods because I wanted to live deliberately...
Henry David and I after my run at Walden Pond yesterday...what a great place! Much smaller than I had imagined, but still pretty damn cool. Even though I am really more of an Emerson fan, it was amazing to be there walking around where Thoreau had walked. Another check in the plus column for Massachusetts.

I read Walden once, I skipped over Chapter one A-E on Economics and went striaght to good ol chap 7, The Bean-field. I want a bean-field. Take another look at Chapter 8, Brute Neighbors, man H. David can sure write a mean one about dying Ant's.
