Just Do It

Kelly and I were watching Lost earlier tonight, putting off our run for the 3rd hour in a row, when a Nike commercial came on. Ridiculously fit people spring out of bed in the morning then happily and energetically engage in their various workout routines.

"You know," remarked Kelly, "this is one of those commercials that says,'Kelly, it's time to put on your sports bra'"
